Hi all.

Some info for today's cross country if you could share with your coaches/parents. Can one person per club please collect numbers at registration?

First race at 12:30pm. Race orders will be girls first, then boys at each age category.

O16 4k is a mixed open race (i.e. men and women together)

There will be a shop on site (cash only).
